Business and personal travel

From the first booking to the final expense. All in one place.

Flights, hotels and expenses with an assistant; policies and approvals for teams.

  1. Personal trip
  2. Business trip
  3. All trips

One conversation. Every step connected.

One business trip, from the first message to the expense report.

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Ask in the chat

Write where and when you need to be. The assistant replies in the same chat and puts together options for the trip.

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Choose the trip

Flight, hotel and other costs sit in one trip, with the total in front of you.

    • Hotel$540.00
    • Other expenses$140.00
    Trip total$1,440.00
  3. Step 3 of 4

    Approved within policy

For companies: sent to the right approver and checked against your policy.

    Personal trips skip this step.

  4. Step 4 of 4

    Receipt to report

Photograph the receipt and confirm what was read. Attach the expense to its trip, and it goes into the report for finance.

A trip shouldn’t need a different tool for every step.

Approvals in messengers, receipts in photo galleries, spending in spreadsheets. Disconnected tools create work long after the trip ends.

Excel

Records spend after the fact. It does not book, approve or collect receipts.

WhatsApp

Fast answers, but approvals get lost in the thread and leave no trail.

Travel agency

Tickets without the hassle — but no policy, no price transparency, and the data is not yours.

One platform. Three connected modules.

  • Travel

    From request to itinerary

Flights and hotels found in the chat or in search, gathered into one trip with its total.

  • Expenses

    From receipt to report

Receipts photographed and read, confirmed by you, kept with the trip and exported for accounting.

  • Policies & approvals

    Control without the chase

Limits by role and trip type; a request outside them goes to the right approver.

One assistant works across all three — in a single shared chat.

About ITNA
How do I start?

Request a demo: we set up your company, policy and team with you.

Business or Personal?

Business is for teams: policies, approvals and company reporting. Personal is for your own trips, and your employer does not see them.

How do payments work?

A personal trip is paid at booking with a personal card. A business trip is paid with a corporate card, or on an ITNA invoice when the company has agreed settlement for a period.

How do I get support?

Write to support@itna.ai or use the contact page.
